Very disappointed in the quality of food the last 3 times I went. Whopper Jr had so much mayo the wrapper was wet on the... outside. Made my sandwich unenjoyable.The onion rings were cold for the second time in a row. There was a line for drivethrough so I went in and had to wait about 4 minutes before someone came to take my order. Then waited a long time for my food. Read more
HORRIBLE, got 2 whoppers that we're absolutely disgusting and I didn't get my chicken nuggets AND 1 of the fries were full then... the 2nd one was not even half full, they were also cold and hard. They never offer more than their croissants for breakfast, this is the second time I try to get the burrito and they always give... the same excuse ?can?t make them because they are frozen? every single time! Read more
Took 10 minutes to get to order window and 15 minutes to get to pickup window. They had deleted my order so then I had to wait... for a new order which was wrong when I got home. The food was lukewarm even though I leave 5 minutes from store. Will not beback. Read more
Always seems short staffed. No matter when you go busy or not the fries are limp and soggy. They must have an excess of mustard,... because that's all you'll get on your burger. Read more
First time to burger king in nearly a year. Ordered a bacon king for a long drive and there was no bacon on it. The rest of the... burger was so disgusting I wouldn't feed it to a dog, unlike previous experiences where it was a decent sandwich. Tried to callto see if they would make it right multiple times over an hour but it's an instant, perpetual busy signal. Guessing they havethe phone off the hook. Avoid at all costs. Read more
I finally did my first trip to the new Burger King and was really pleased with the service as it shown hospitality and speed.... The interior design and decor was really nice and the lobby offered a wide view of University Avenue. I ordered the 2 for $6Spicy Crispy Chicken and Whopper and really liked what I had. I don't eat enough crispy chicken sandwiches because it seems theonly good place up until now had been BK's big burger competitor but I liked what I had because it reminds me of Popeye'sChicken which unfortunately isn't operating in Green Bay yet. My Whopper was as good as expected so I don't need toelaborate. Overall, my experience was pretty good but I need to come back soon to try how other things on the menu are likecompared to other BK restaurants, then I can make a better conclusion. Read more
