The caprese salad was delicious, but a little on the small side for a $10 salad. The Gelato was delicious and the brownie was... huge. My husband said his shrimp scampi was awesome, and it looked 10x better than the one he ordered at olive garden 2 monthsago. The shrimp were huge and no heavy heavy cream base like olive garden. Pay no attention to the unfair reviews this place has received in the past. This place has excellent food. One of the only... places in the bay area with authentic, hand made Italian food and perhaps the only place that takes Italian past pizzas andpastas. Read more
There perch plates are amazing. I cant wait to go back and try the rest of there menu. Service was second to none
It's early days of a new place. Be patient. The raw materials are there -- cozy feel and a plan for good food. Better server... education would be great. Improve the venting so it doesn't smell like fryer oil. Then change the fryer oil more often so thecrab cakes aren't saturated with old stank. Really good bread to start would be sweet.
