I went to this Wendy?s around noon on 11/14 and I have to say I had some awesome and speedy service! From ordering, to paying to... receiving my food all the employees through the drive thru were fantastic! My day was made to be so much better just by orderingsome food with these awesome employees! Went inside to order stood in line watched 2 people ahead of me walk out with no food. Moved up to counter waited couple minutes... finally was ask if I needed to order to the gal yes she just walked away more worried about online orders. The manager comes tothe register stands there punching stuff in then walks away. There were 5 people walking around the back so why can't you takeorders I walked out and went Culver's way better service. Read more

We haven't been to Wendy's in a while so we decided to stop in since they weren't busy. Once we received our food I found out... why. The chicken nuggets wee dried out like they had been cooked several hours prior, and the Chili still had pieces of the oldhamburgers that were so big I could have made a slider out of them. It gave the chili a weird taste and honestly is a waste forthe company just because the employees were lazy. The soda station has 2 machines, but only 1 of them was hooked up to all thesyrups. The drink station was a mess. I can service was the best part, but that's not saying much since it was a bunch of kidsworking and they were more interested in playing with eachother then they were with delivering customer service. Usually Wendy'sis a good choice; Unfortunately this location might be one to avoid. Read more
