If they actually served half of the stuff they advertised I'd say I've had a great experience. I go here almost 3 nights a week.... Maybe 1/3 times if I'm lucky I can get a Baja blast freeze, as most the time the machine is "down" or "broken". Sure is brokenquite frequently, maybe Taco bell should consider upgrading to a more reliable unit. Banter aside, its obviously not broken, andit'd be nice if freezes were available at least up until 20 minutes before close. Not 2 hours before, as that seems to be thenorm. Read more
Drive through employees were fine. But they were out of chips. A Mexican place out of chips. The drive through sign looked like... someone ripped a piece off and all the lights were out. A homeless woman slept on the sidewalk right where you drive out. It'sall just so sad. Read more
Laughably inept at following a basic request. Asked for no meat no sauce on a breakfast crunchwrap. Full of sauce and sausage!... Thanks for ruining my morning. I don't have time for another breakfast. My wife ordered a burrito with blackbeans added which wewere charged for and didn't get them. So thanks. Received a only carbonated water, no soda in the drink. Asked for Crunchwrap, Mexican pizza, a freeze, & then an iced coffee!!... Negative? they had none of that! Asked for a Beef burrito and got chicken. We asked for a receipt said it was in the bag,shocker?. It wasn?t in there! This was an awful experience , not sure we will go back !! This Taco Bell sucks? went there today 6.28 at 5:40 pm?the people in the drive they were rude and very unfriendly? our order was... completely wrong? we asked for no sour cream on multiple food items and yet it was on each and every single one. Also missingingredients like sauces on a cheesy Gordita crunch. Sucks I paid cash I can?t even get a refund.. had to throw most of the foodout because of the sour cream?. Very very upset Read more
The food is fresh but the employees seem to get swallowed in keeping up with the drive thru and not with the dining room. It was... quite disgusting on a Friday night at 6pm and nobody was inside the dining room. Nothing was stocked, nothing was wiped and thetrash was overflowing in every direction! The dining room is suppose to bring people and families in instead of scare them away. Read more
