Horrible service. When I asked for my drink she asked me how to make it? Sorry I had no idea how to make it I don't work here... you do. And also fix your qr code scan only. I never get credited for all the drinks I've bought because your machine orregister is messed up, and only works when you pay through the app makes no sense at all. Read more

The oriental lady that took my order was wearing her mask around her chin and was coughing as she made my drink. I also noted... another lady wearing her mask, but only covering her mouth with it. I told the oriental lady that I didn't want the drinkanymore because she wasn't wearing her mask properly and was coughing. Then she had the audacity to get mad at me and shout atme in a foreign language as I walked away. Read more
So disappointed...first didn't get any of the free cups and didn't have any care that they.were running the special today. We... spent 15 dollars on 3 small drinks that we will never get back. The peppermint hot chocolate was watery, warm at best and tasteslike chemicals. The vanilla bean frappe was not vanilla flavored and tasted just like ice milk. The creme brulee was warm atbest and not very flavorful. I will say a lot of the problem was lack of personality from the gal taking the orders and thebarista making the drinks really should take a lot more time and care when making drinks. You can't make 3 drinks appropriatelyin less than 3 minutes and expect them to be done right. We will never waste anymore money at this location Read more
It's pretty disappointing when I need to have an americano remade because the person who made it didn't care to listen the first... time. I don't appreciate the attitude the second time around when you make it a point to finally listen. Everytime I give in,I'm let down by this location. Thanks for the disappointment. Read more
The manager doesn't know what she's doing. Which is amazing considering how long she's been running it into the ground. Drive to... the next Starbucks it will be faster. Read more
