I haven't been going here because Starbucks treats there people trash, but the Dutch Bros line was so long and my girl had to... have her Hot Chocolate. We went inside and they were all super friendly and fast! We even had a little mess up where mygirlfriends drink spilled all over her as she was going to work. I had to go back and get a new one because as I said before,girlfriend with no hot chocolate wasn't gonna be a happy girlfriend! Even tho it was totally our fault she remade us a new one!It made my girlfriends day and I appreciate you guys more than ever! 10/10 so sorry I forgot the gals name who was working thefront but this was around 4:20ish thru 4:45! This shop is one slated for the upcoming 2022 Red Cup Rebellion Strike in CO... Used this shop when I moved here Aug 2021: no... problems. A lot of bad reviews though. Maybe the strike will cause the store to shut down permanently. ???? Read more

I am passing through this city and I come to this store to get my snack periodically, my experience has been quite pleasant... until today when Deeanna attended me, her treatment was rude, I literally threw away my order, it is incredible to see theracism in these times... well it made my visit unpleasant, I'm Latino and proud of it. Every time I order from this store, there always something that goes wrong. Store hours are very inconsistent, which with... understaffing I can understand, but it?s rarely updated in the app, or here on Google, which could end up with you making anunnecessary trip. Placing a mobile order for this store, especially in the afternoons, the lobby is rarely open, so you can?teven pick up the order you placed when walking from nearby. You can try contacting the store, but the line will say busy forhours. When I am able to pick up an order through lobby/drive thru, more often then not my order is made wrong, and when pickingup a mobile order there?s hardly a point to wait for the drink to be made correctly. So, if you?re looking for speed, accuracy,are planning to use the Starbucks mobile app to order, and/or don?t want to make an unnecessary trip to a store not even open,it?s better if you spend your money at a different location. Literally the worst chai I have ever had. It's basically steamed almond milk made while someone stood near it and thought really... hard about chai. Even after having them remade there's is literally no flavor. The staff was rude and combative. Hands downthe worst experience I have ever had at any starbucks.
