9/16/2022 at 9:20 am - My husband and I just left the Starbucks located at 4320 9th St Rd in Greeley, CO. When we walked in... there were four female employees in uniform and a young man in pants and a casual white T-shirt. We were not acknowledged by anyof them. Two of the girls were making coffee. One appeared to be stacking sandwiches in a display box. The other was standing bythe drive through window. The young man was just standing there and doing absolute nothing. It did not appear he was beingtrained. A minute or two has gone by by now. Still no one has nodded or said a word to us. The young man in the white T-shirtproceeds around the counter with one of the packaged sandwiches, and in a, comedic lame attempt to impress the staff of females,does a little jump and preforms an over the counter slam dunk into to sandwich box with the other sandwiches. Wow! We stillhave not been acknowledged. The girls laugh at the lad?s maneuver. Finally, seeing my husband?s and my unimpressed expressions,one of the girls finally, and with great effort, exhaled ?can I help you?? Needless to say we walked out. Had it not been forthe gift cards I?d accumulated from others over the years, I would never have stepped foot inside a Starbucks. All staff behind counter were complaining about the work environment amongst themselves. Obviously they were loud enough for the... whole inside to hear. They complained about steam temperature and mocked Starbucks for being eco friendly. Read more
Easily the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I waited 35-40 minutes in line to receive the grossest drink that?s ever been... made. We pull up to the drive-thru menu where you order, and the women rudely asked us to wait longer to take our order. Afterbeing out of almost every food item, we finally order and pull up to the window. The women didn?t even acknowledge us. She justyelled our total at us and handed us what we ordered. One of the drinks was made incorrect, and the other had NO ice in it,making the drink (supposed to be iced) warm and milky. I ask for a cup of ice, and the women rudely hands us one. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Today I went over to this location and have never had issues up until today. When I arrived... at the drive thru I asked a few simple questions and the certain person at the drive thru was being so rude and was having awhole lot of attitude because she didn?t understand my question which even a 5 year old could understand. I asked her not oncebut FOUR different times and she proceeded to have a nasty attitude with me. So I told her never mind and proceeded to leave thedrive thru and go inside to see who I was talking to. This lady was the so called ?manager? of this location and acted as ifthat were something special. Laughable really, she acted as if her being manager she was to be given a freebie or something andthat her job was somehow even remotely superior which I got a kick out of. Her name was HANNAH BRISTOL. As I was explaining thatshe can?t be rude to customers she just had a grin on her face the whole time acting as if she did nothing wrong. And when Itold her I was going to call corporate she laughed and told me it would just go back to her number and that I would just betalking to her. She did not understand I know people around here. Just remember the name HANNAH BRISTOL. So tired of fastfoodies being rude, if you want respect realize that it is EARNED. Or go get a degree. Read more
