Terrible customer service. After we received our food we ask the gal that delivered it if we could get some ketchup and ranch;... she said yes. We waited five minutes and she never returned. I went up to the door and knocked several times and nobody came tosee what I needed. My girlfriend then pressed the red order button and a woman came over the intercom and asked what we needed.She asked for the same thing, but added two cups of water. She responded with sure they will be right out and once again wewaited with no items to be brought to us. We then went through the drive through and asked for these item and then told we hadto pay 75 cents for two cups of water. What! We didn?t have to pay for them when we requested them five minutes ago. This was byfar my worst experience at a restaurant. Read more

Wow. Customer service and tone of voice matter. First impressions are made via drive-thru. I ordered a drink, wanted RT 44 with... lemon and lime, and felt like my head was bit off for not knowing it only comes in slush. Seriously shocked at how the responsecame through, intentional or otherwise. Update as of 11/08/22 - I have already provided my feedback in an effort to enlightenyou about areas of opportunity for your location and my poor experience. Waited 20 min and still my order wasn't taken. The drive through didn't even move ethier and they were not packed. Sonic as a... whole has become terrible but holy cow at least their competitors are quick at be terrible. Read more

Ordered online was here at the time and waited 45 min after buzzing in the stall number all of the food was cold and he forgot... things from my order 3 times. Got home to eat and bite into a still frozen onion ring. Called to complain about it which Ialmost never do they remaid the whole order but had a lot of food left over but I think the team work and attention to ordersaren't working something else needs to be done to better tend to your customers and orders I appreciate what they did to try tomake it better but seems like they're not working together very well that might be something to better look at and then maybejust some better training on customer service. The food is good. Maybe even a little better than good. Along with the specialty drinks. Ice cream shakes and blast are very... watery. A reflection of greedy store management trying to get their bonus for food costs. THEY'RE OUT OF ONION RINGS WAYYY TOOMUCH. This is corporate complaint status. You advertise these but hardly have them. A reflection of lazy management. The GMshould take one for the team and do it herself if nobody else will. Or one of the assistant managers. Boy at the window was so rude, I ordered large tots and 2 route 44 sweet tea with real lemon, and gosh tots were way over... cooked!!!!! Route 44s NO lemon. But his whole attitude sicked .not to mention the wait at ALL sonics is Very Bad Read more

I got the cherry bubble slush thing and it was pretty good. They're burger was fine, but they put a ton of sauce of it and there... was the heart of the lettuce in it for some reason. I haven't had a pretzel there in forever and it was super good. The cheesesauce is kind of salty though. Overall not too shabby.???? Read more

The staff is doing the best they can from what it seems, and they are super kind people. That said, the service is absolutely... awful considering I waited in a stall for 25 minutes to get a single strawberry limeade. (That said, the drink was fantastichaha.) Their drive thru was shut down and nearly 25% of their stalls were out of service. Again, their employees were workinghard to compensate for the inconvenience, but I wouldn?t stop by in the near future if you?re in a rush. At least not untilthose issues are resolved. P.S. In the past they would randomly close one to two hours early at nights (rather than sticking towhat the hours say online), so I would advise calling them before heading out for a late night snack just to save you the timeand energy :)) Read more
