I certainly wish I would have read all the horrible reviews prior to ordering here. Ordered 2 beef and cheese burritos deluxe... one hot one half & half both chili on the side. Got down the road before I realized they didn?t make the hot one deluxe and nochili in the burrito.. go in they make me pay for the right burrito, and then give me a BEAN AND CHEESE HOT CHILI ON TOP.. Theyhad to make this burrito for a 3rd time!! I?m dumbfounded by the lack of ability to listen here. As well as the lack of customerservice. Would rate this particular location 0 stars if I could. UPDATE: even the handheld burrito that was supposed to be beefdeluxe hot was also bean and cheese and not much larger around than the size of a quarter. So much wrong at this location it?sunfortunate the way they are destroying the reputation of the Santiago?s name. It would be nice to hear from management on thisone. However, with the lack of care from the employees I don?t have any reason to believe management even cares. Read more
The food is brown,hot,affordable and quick. They are more authentic than the Rio and they don't charge extra money to pay the... dishwasher like the rio. I just wish they served margaritas and Pina coladas Read more
I love this place but this morning I ordered two breakfast burritos Inside which I don?t normally do (they have a drive thru).... It had an open kitchen design so you can see them making the food while you order. Well the gentleman wrapping the burritos hadsome purple gloves on which is great except for that he grabbed some raw chorizo, threw it on the grill with his glove on, thenturned around and assembled a burrito with the same glove that just handled raw meat. This is a big no no in the food industry.No meat that is raw should be touching cooked meat. Kinda grossed me out. I ended up just throwing the burritos in the oven at250 for an hour to make sure whatever raw meat transferred over from the glove got cooked. They tasted good but it isn?t my jobto make sure that my food is safe to eat. I?d address this as soon as possible. Read more

$2.25 tamales, tacos, & more. Fast service. Not crowded. Clean dining area. Authentic Mexican taste and music. If the... drinks weren't too expensive I'd give it five stars. I'd invite a friend here for sure. Read more
I've been going to Santiagos for a while. Showed up at 730 and was basically told that we couldn't dine in because we only had... 20 minutes. So I ordered to go. I ordered a deep fried burrito and it was so burnt that I couldn't even eat it. Also orderedChilli fries and they were burnt as well. They hardly had any cheese or Chilli. Very disappointed. This place is going downhill.Plus all the staff was in a very bad mood to top it off. Don't waste your money!!! Read more
I ordered 2 cheese and onion enchiladas and a chicken soft taco. I have been a fan of Santiagos for years and frequently would... go to the one in Loveland. The past few times I have been quite dissatisfied with my order in the Greeley location. As you cansee in the picture, I basically got a tortilla with onions and red sauce. My soft chicken taco only had a tortilla and meat. Nocheese, lettuce or tomato as advertised. Very disappointing! Read more
