Wow! Best Margarita in the area, and they serve minis at lunch time. Great homemade salsa. A fabulous lunch time taco trio. Our... group tried every variety and loved ALL OF THEM! The roasted chipotle sweet potato was a winner all around as we're the beerbasted carnitas. Tasty, fast, and reasonably priced for sit down service. We will be back again Read more

Be careful they will only let you have 3 margaritas. The steak barrito is amazing. The soft tocos are great too. Wonderful salsa... with warm chips. I really like the seafood enchilada too. They have a great patio and a nice bar. Food comes out fast if you aretrying to get someplace. Friends of mine go there to only buy their wonderful green chili to take home. Read more

I have been eating their food here for years. My go to meal is the fajita steak burrito. Over the years I have always told... people to go here and try this places food. Especially this burrito as well as their salsa. I will say the salsa is just asawesome as it has always been. However the aforesaid said burrito is definitely not as good as it has been over the years. Itonly had a few pieces of meat and the flavor just is not there anymore. I am very disappointed in our visit this evening. Read more

I was the only person at the table who had never been to Rio Grande before....I must say...it was just ok.... We arrived at... about 4pm on a Friday evening...first mistake....it wasnt busy yet, but seemed like it was shift change or the server was toobusy setting up for dinner service and she kept disappearing...it made for slow meal time. I had the 2 chilli rellenomeal....it tasted pretty good...the crust was overly thick, but was very crispy. It came with a small scoop rice and blackbeans....both were ok. This dish seemed on the small side for 20 bucks though. My boy friend had 3 tacos....man was thatsmall...3 little tacos....that tasted good....but that was it....no sides...just 3 measly tacos on a sheet tray. Overall Riowas ok...I think a bit over rated and pricey. There are a ton of mexican places in greeley, so if I ever do go back...it willprobably be a while. Read more

The Rio always has had great Mexican inspired dishes! This visit was no exception. Had the steak tacos, chips, salsa and... guacamole. The food was great and very satisfying. The service this visit however, was not the best I've experienced. Overallexcellent though. Four stars this visit for the service lacking attention. I would never shy away from grabbing a meal at Rio.You won't regret enjoying a meal here. Read more

Average food, average margaritas, average setting, but great service! The shrimp fajitas, diablo style, were actually better... than average. The chicken and Texas sausage fajitas were sufficient. Be aware they do charge a 5% service fee (not related tothe wait staff so please be sure and tip accordingly). Overall, an average experience made a little better than average by thewonderful, friendly wait staff. Read more

People go here for the location and outdoor eating. While side of coleslaw was sad, the veggie fajitas were very filling! and... yummy! My husband wasn't as impressed with is meal but maybe that was because he skipped the Margarita. One was enough to put mein a great mood! You will have to wait if you go at 6 PM or 7 PM. Go earlier or later and there is no wait. Read more
