If I could give no stars I would I never go here without some sort of issue. I wish the food wasn?t so good. This time I went... and ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals I had to pull ahead and wait 15 ish min for my food which wasn?t a problem because Ithought it would be fresh. I was wrong everything was soggy and cold. And then I had asked for sauce which was on my order onthe screen but I didn?t get any so I went inside and asked for some. The lady I talked to quizzed me on the meals I got andwas like well those don?t come with the sauce and I was like oh well they didn?t tell me that when I ordered but okay And she?slike I?ll give it to you this time. If you want to charge me for sauce then do it when I ask for it so I don?t get lecturedabout my meal that I spent money on in your restaurant doesn?t come with it. I don?t care if it doesn?t come with sauce I wantsauce and I?ll buy sauce but I figured you?d tell me that WHEN I ORDER MY FOOD. If you want to charge me just say it I don?tneed the attitude. I was patient even though I had just waited for my food and then waited at the counter for another 5 minutesbefore someone even acknowledged me just to get lectured on my purchase lol. What a joke. I ordered thru the app and was supposed to pick up at the drive thru. Cars were wrapped all the way around, so I went inside. ... I had to wait my turn in line, definitely not faster. They were slammed and the employees were extremely tired but kept righton working. Food was good. Read more

I ordered the 5 piece chicken fingers last night. It was dark and my dome light does not work in my truck so I couldn't see what... I was eating. The chicken tasted hard and chewy like cartilage as if it were sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Iordered BBQ sauce but I did not get it. I thought I would try it again in the morning with some BBQ sauce at home. When I wentto eat it, the meat was pink. Undercooked and sitting under a heat lamp for hours. This is the worst Popeyes I ever had. Youneed to do better. Read more
The 3 stars are stricty for the food, which is delicious. They are indeed, the chicken sandwich king. That said, their drive... thru speed needs A LOT of work. I myself, have found it quicker to go into the restaurant to order food. I know it's quickerbecause when I come out, the vehicle I would have been behind, is STILL in line. Also, they tend to forget the requesteddipping sauces. I'm partial to their Sweet Heat sauce and have been disappointed to arrive home and find that the sauce isn't inthe bag. Should I have checked the bag at the window? Probably. Should I HAVE to check the bag at the window? No. In summary,food is good, speed and accuracy at the drive thru, not so good. Read more
Was not impressed this time around. Stopped in a couple of weeks ago and ordered family size chicken tender. I ordered an extra... side of mac n cheese for the kids and when I got home, I opened it to see a big clump of cheese on top. Like half of theportion was melted clump of burnt cheese. I never had small pieces of chicken like this at the other Popeyes! I ordered 2 pieces combo. It came with a small wing and a... tiny thigh, and a small portion of fries. I don?t think this worth almost $9! And also the service was so slow. Read more
We stopped by this place for the first time last night. It was at 8:50 at night. There was four of us, two couples. We ordered... two items. The fries were obviously not fresh, they were room temperature and the texture was spongy. The chicken was tough andhad zero flavor! We took the items back up to the counter and the manager said, "oh we are sorry I can give you a free servingof mash potatoes." I said that I didn't order mash potatoes because I didn't want that. I proceeded to tell her that we wouldlike both items, the chicken and fries to be made fresh. Then she said, "sir we are closing at 10 and we can't cook anythingelse right now." It was 8:50 P.M....So the moral of the story is. Don't it at Popeyes chicken! Read more
