I felt like the restaurant was a disorganized mess. I ordered a pick two. A bowl of soup. And half grilled cheese sandwich. ... It took 25 minutes for my food to be ready. There were lots of people waiting for their food to go. And yet there wereemployees standing around doing nothing. And when I got my food the soup was boiling hot, and the grilled cheese sandwich wascold. Honestly, I would have complained but I don't know who I would have complained to. Severely disappointed. I've been a longtime customer and have really liked the Greeley location. Lately, I've noticed a marked... decline in value and service. I spent $17 on a sandwich that was smaller than a 1oz bag of chips, the customization was wrong(no condiments at all), and the meat was dry. I don't have much time for lunch, so I placed a rapid pickup order, but when Iarrived, the cart was behind the counter, and it took FOREVER to get someone to even acknowledge me. Went to the drive thru and ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl and a mango smoothie. At the window they handed the bag of food... and said ?have a good day? had to remind them of my smoothie. After leaving and opening the bag I didn?t get a bread bowl (itwas not rung up as a bread bowl on the order). THEN, while eating my soup from the container I bit into some plastic bag. Made an order for pick up to have food for dinner at work. Asked for extra dressing for my salad sat down to eat only to find... out I have no dressing at all. Called the store and the only response I got was I will talk to someone. Ok great but I?m stuckat work now with a dry salad and no sorry that happened how can we fix this?
