Terrible service. McDonalds continues to go down hill. First the fish is swimming in tartar. It?s dripping on my pants, the bun... is covered, and there?s a massive goop of it under the sandwich. Waited for 7 minutes because system was down. Got into line again, paid, then went to the next window. Ice cream machines are... shut down but they can't refund us for it because it was a mobile order, so we had to get smoothies. Every food item was coldwhen we got it. Overall, incredibly disappointing experience. I would've been ok with the situation had the food not come outcompletely cold. If I'm going to sit for close to 15 minutes waiting, I really expect my food to be warm. Read more
I think they are the most friendly and helpful. I think you guys are the best McDonald's in Greeley. Naomi was very helpful I... do door dash and they are always wonderful! This is my favorite McDonald?s in Greeley. Though the time through the drive thru has slipped a little lately, it?s always a... better experience than the other locations. Tonight there was only one lady filling orders and she did it quickly and correctly,and we had a large order! We do rarely get the sauce for the nuggets, though. Read more
Awful experience, they guy that took my order and payment was nice but after that the manager and everyone inside the restaurant... were extremely rude. They all sat inside calling each other names cussing at each other with the drive thru window open. When itgot to getting my food I was handed a large Dr pepper instead of the coke I ordered and when I mentioned it the guy justshrugged, pretended to grab a different drink and handed me the same Dr pepper he tried to give me the first time. The frieswere long cold, hard and tasted like they had been sitting in bad oil for a while, and finally my burger had ketchup on it afterI asked for it without and it was also cold and hard. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other 4 McDonald's in the EvansGreeley area and avoid this one! Read more
Do not ever expect your order to come out ok at this McDonald's. My Quarter Pounder was raw when I got it home. Called and... spoke to a manager and he said to come in the next day and they would comp 2 free meals. Went back as asked and the comped mealdid not have the right condiments on it and was also missing a fry. Unbelievable! I don't typically complain, but this locationis completely uncapable of getting your order correct. Read more
This was a ?Big Mac? we had other sandwiches that was the same way. Not even fresh. Reheated from who knows how long ago. Staff... was very unfriendly, not even a hello. Totally got the wrong order in the drive thru, did not realize till we got the kids home and they already started eating happy... meals, we called, they said we had to bring ALL the food back, or they could not do anything. Customer service does not existhere, if you go through the drive thru, make sure you inspect the entire bag(s) before leaving. Read more
