McDonald's is a nice place to go if you're looking for something fast, but the quality is always a hit or miss. 85% of the time... it's a miss. There are those rare occasions the food tastes half decent. The toll it takes on your health isn't worth it. On topof that, they always mess something up. I've never been there and didn't have something missing or wrong. Read more
The last few times we have been here, the staff has been rude, most employees don't wear their uniforms, the food is poorly... made, and they are "out" of a lot of things. However, when we call back later, we are told that they aren't actually out ofanything. It's ridiculous! Just today we sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes just to be given massive attitude when weordered. What are we being given attitude for? Ordering? They asked what soda we wanted with the meal we ordered, and when wemade a selection, the person snapped at us that they didn't have it. We picked something else and again were given attitude. Howare we supposed to know? We decided not to get a drink at all after how that whole thing was handled, but then we receivedattitude at the window when we paid. I don't understand what the big issue is at this McDonald's, but they need to figure itout. None of the employees care to be there. Read more
I've always loved the fries and the sweet tea. Some of the burgers and chicken sandwiches are great but the staff at my location... SUCKS!!!!! They ALWAYS get my order wrong and most of them are just rude! They see you standing in the lobby and will continueon with their conversations without asking if you need help until you speak up and say something that's bad customer service asfar as I'm concerned! For my own safety, I will not be returning. Went to this McDonalds for years and had no problem with it. This is the second... time in a row that I've got an uncooked burger (let me stress that I did not say UNDERcooked.... I said uncooked....). I thinkthe picture speaks for itself. Read more
