I ordered a sandwich & I said, "no sauce." There is mayo on the sandwich.
They seem to be hit or miss with getting sandwhich orders right, but otherwise, very yummy.
I used to love Jimmy John's, for their speed... That went way down... I used to love them for their accuracy.... Yet can't... get a VERY SIMPLE order correct, after ordering the same thing for over 10 years... Prices are comparable with Jersey Mike's, with no where near as good of quality.... For $4 more, I could have ordered JM, and for $5 less, I could have went tosubway..... Either is a better choice Read more

Super clean! Friendly staff! I had ordered over the phone and when I got there I wanted a cookie, expecting for the total the... change, he just told me to pay and the cookie was free! I wanted to pay for it but who can say no to a FREE COOKIE!! Read more
When I order the regular favorite combo, all I wanted was Clarification I was missing my BBQ chips and it was a post to be on... wheat bread. Then they where hesitant on correcting the order but they did it with a little pull back which I am a guest and nowmight switch to silver mines more. Do to customer interaction that I had with the associate. When the driver came to the door hewent into the bag and pulled out my sandwich then puts it back in the bag. This Jimmy John's is top notch. The staff at this location are the awesome, always polite, and always helpful. I've actually... never had a better Jimmy John's experience anywhere else, and my old favorite location was really good. Every time I've beenhere, they've made great sandwiches for my family, which my child tends to be picky and my wife is gluten intolerant. Alwaysmade in under two minutes.
