3.5 star....the sandwiches we had were good...I liked the boss hog and we tried one more, just dint remember the name. The hand... cut fries were really good! I'd love to try some of the fry appetizers...really when I go back it will probably be for a bunchof appetizers...they sounded really good and where mostly fry bases with bbq on top! For us, the least favorite thing was thebaked bean side dish...they had a funny taste that we just couldnt decide what it was... For me the vinegar based bbq sauce wasmy favorite of the bunch. Brand new to greeley! Colorado grown! Georgia Boys bbq! If you are curious and you like barbecue! This a spot to check out. I... stopped in to just see what the talk was all about. Trust me when I say they can walk the walk. Highly recommend trusting thebartenders (Jen K and Berenice) the pointed towards a old fashion that has there in house aged whiskey. Then took me for aflavor ride on the food menu. With a sampler platter so I was able to try all the sauces! I was one happy customer. Read more
I really wanted to love the food! Unfortunately the brisket fries did not meet my expectations by far. I expected a pile of... perfectly crisp cooked fries with beautifully smoked brisket and I ended up with the opposite. The fries were not cooked,actually had that hard/ raw texture and the brisket was less than perfect ???? On the up side, the pork belly was perfection andthe customer service was impressive! Although I rate 3 stars for our first visit, we will give it another try. Maybe it was abad fry/brisket day. Update for dine in: not impressed at all. Burnt ends were very dry and almost not edible. I was only ableto eat a few pieces and I had to soak them in BBQ sauce for moisture. My husband had a sandwich and that was good. Read more
We left happy! The ribs fell right off the bone no need for sauce. Brisket was cooked to perfection. Very impressed with the Mac... and cheese. The staff was excellent and committed to keeping the atmosphere good and clean. Jessica, our server was amazing!Never let us have a flat drink and very friendly. We will definitely be coming back! I was excited to eat here but was quickly disappointed. NOT A VERY GOOD BBQ SPOT. How do you mess up a Casesr Salad, the drinks... were nasty. The catfish I am not sure who taught them to fry catfish, it was nothing but crumbly batter. The catfish bites,GARLIC BROCCOLI, and macaroni and cheese were delicious. The staff were very very attentive and nice. I found out this use tobe the old Rudy's. Why didn't people support Rudy's. Their food is amazing. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. Read more

Incredible service, great venue. The night we were there they were very busy. Georgia Boys in Frederick has the best food... followed closely by Georgia Boys in Longmont. For this visit to Georgia Boys in Greeley, the wings and burnt ends wereovercooked....but the smokey hot burger was great. I always appreciate and enjoy this place! Read more
The brisket burnt ends are the bomb! I only wish the portion was a little bigger, but people rave about those. I had the wings... and the naked were nice and crispy and a slight hint of smoke and spice, perfect! Pulled pork was as expected and the sides areok, nothing to rave about there. Sauces are good, pretty standard I suppose. Hope they do better than the last BBQ restaurantthat was there. Read more
