Absolutely the worst place to go for a hamburger. Serve cold food and disrespect the customer. They are all standing around and... making disrespecting comments towards some customers. There were only two young men that even remotely knew what they weredoing.The two that didn't know if they were managers or not were rude and did not know anything. While the others stood aroundpicking their noses.I will never go to Five Thugs again. Absolutely disgusting for the money you have to spend. Thanks forwasting my time and gas driving across town. The burgers are great! The fries, they were nice and crispy which is always a good thing, but unfortunately I'm not that big of... a fan when it comes to fries. Other than that it was a pretty good place to have lunch. Read more

The first 10 times I ate here was awesome! The last 5 times I've ate here has not been so great. I feel like they have been... forgetting to add the seasoning on the burgers. There's been no flavor. Very bland. Fries still taste good but for as expensiveas it is I may not go back. Best burgers around when they are cooking them right! I think I'm finally done with this place. Great service every time. The employees that serviced us were in training but they were kind and respectful. Made sure they were... patient while we ordered. Ordered the bacon burger, and a coke with a small fry. I would like to point out though that thecashier did not ask us what size fries or drink we wanted. Either way we got our cups and recieved a good hot heaping pile ofsalted fries. Will be returning. :) Read more
Can hardly be categorized as fast food. With amazing quality ingredients that are made to order. The postive staff and clean... atmosphere makes Five Guys a genuine flavor experience. I highly recommend the Bacon Cheese burger with sautéed mushrooms andonions, small fries paired with a Cream soda. Read more
This place is expensive! The food wasn't any better than Mc Donald's. Burgers left much to be desired, especially for starting... at $10. Our fries were not cooked through and were very mushy. I also found a hair in the fries. Read more
