Second time here. Ordered online and got here a little early. To our surprise the orders had just come through so they were hot... and freshly wrapped. I even added a thing of oreos separate to my online order with no problem and staff gladly to do that forme. I used to go to the 8th Avenue location (now Bravo's) and get nice fat cheese steaks. They also did 50% off everything on the... menu for police officers, EMS, and fireman while on duty, which was great. My first time at this new location on 11th Avenue itcost me $15 for a medium cheese steak (after tip and no discount) which is crazy expensive, and it was no where near as "fat"either. Unfortunately I'll save my money and keep going to Subway to get my go-to for $8 for the same sized sub. Lower yourprices and maybe me and my co-workers will visit more often. Read more
Have tried twice, both times poor quality food. Philly steak had American cheese slice on it. Cheesecake bites were big, forgot... my sauce I paid for. But very greasy. Very pricey for low quality food. Read more
Sebastian is the MVP of this store. He is attentive, empathetic and genuinely listens to the concerns of his customers. I?m out... here in Greeley when I live in denver for work as I do Uber overnights and all the gas stations here either closed or stingy andno bathroom access. I already take care of needs but I?m pleased to see he ok with letting me use bathroom. Also he managed toget me a meal in late night within few minutes of closing before I make my hour long trip and continued overnight work.Sebastian if you see this keep up the great work! Read more
It was our first time and was asked when we were greeted. The gentleman proceeded to explain the menu to us and then took our... order. He was very friendly. The whole atmosphere was great. There was awesome music playing over the speaker system. Therewas a television, that was showing I believe Law and Order, which gave the feel of enjoy your show while you eat, not that comein sit eat quickly and leave. The food was fresh, not something that has been sitting in the warmer for a while. The frieswere cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. The jalapeno poppers were very tasty, they could havebeen a little more spicy for me though, but it had a really good flavor. The ???? hamburger was indescribable. It just tastedso good. Ordered 45 min early. they didnt start making the food untill i arrived.. and upon opening. Mixed my entire order up making... it so my wife cant eat her food .. my sandwich has no sauces at all. My children got the spicy sauces i ordered for myfood. Maybe fire your incompetent employees Read more
