I usually don?t complain but when there is a layer of plastic in my food that?s a different story. I love this place usually but... whoever was working today was clearly not paying attention to what they were doing, was rude and on their phone. Not a greatexperience and pretty disappointed. There's not a huge choice of bagel places in Lafayette. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurant but this one has decent choices.... Quick jump in bagel place. We lived in the NorthEast so in my opinion there are no great bagels outside of those delis! I can'ttell you how pleased I am with this location now since they replaced all management staff and most of the other staff! The newGeneral Manager Carol has taken a sow's ear and made it into a silk purse! The staff look like they enjoy their jobs, arefriendly, and the place is 100% cleaner. Thank you Carol for making this an Einstein's to be prond of and an Einstein's I cannow enjoy! Read more

The service at this place is terrible. They really do a good job of being rude and awful to people. I was reminded that they... close in 30 minutes rudely as I asked how they were and got no response or even a hello back. As if it would take more than 30minutes to toast a bagel....how lazy can you be? Also I paid 2.10 for butter and was told I couldn't see my receipt until aftermy order and they dumped a puddle of microwaved butter onto my bagel and that was what they called buttering. I would drive tothe Loveland location because of the piss poor service and after all of it they didn't even butter one of my bagels.Rediculous..... It's bagels and coffee, please grow a brain. They haven't had blended coffee mix for two months now but they don't tell you that until you've waited 20 minutes in line to... order. Guess I can just shred my 12+ free coffee cards since they're literally useless to me, and no I dont want a watery iced"replacement". Starbucks 4ever. Read more

So nice to have an Einstein in Greeley. Nice staff and yummy food. They really need to accept gift cards. How nice it would be... if parents/family could give gift cards to students that they could use here. Can?t understsnd why they don?t accept them. Read more

I?ve had some bad experiences with the folks working there. They have trouble listening and when you make a simple request like... ?no mushrooms in a sandwich ? or having a smoothie extra blended for quality taste, no respect whatsoever! I would see otherpeople requesting the similar things and never did see problems with their orders but when I went there, I always sensedattitude and couldn?t understand what the problem was. Service is with a smile, not a grumpy face/stink eye! The owner needs tofix it immediately! Read more

The bagels are alright considering there aren't many options for bagels in Greeley. Pretty bready, don't really have that chewy,... boiled feeling I'm used to from east coast bagels. It's pretty reasonably priced, though. First time I poured the iced coffeehere I stopped to make sure it wasn't tea (very light in color and flavor). The staff is friendly and the food comes outquickly. Read more
