I am a bit disappointed. On Friday the 9th I called to order two dozen 3 inch frosted cookies. My husband and I are moving into... the area and we love Eileen's Cookies, so we thought it was would be a nice housewarming treat. In addition to calling in theorder, I also prepaid. I gave the young lady on the phone our payment method so my husband could just pick them up. That paymentdid go though, it is on our statement. Today when my husband went to pick up the cookies, there was no order for us. I give theemployees working at the time great props because they went ahead and made two dozen fresh cookies for him. That was very kindof them. He did end up having to pay for the order, so we had to dispute the charges on our card for when we prepaid lastFriday. I am just disappointed that our already paid for order was not in the system, so we didn't get the exact cookies werequested. Great customer service on the staff working there today though. Read more
The cookies are amazing! My favorite is the chocolate chip, frosted. They have a weekly special and usually some day old cookies... at a great price. Read more

Best bought cookies ever! No baking powder nor baking soda whang like all other cookies. They taste like my homemade cookies...... ???? so many delicious flavors, I always walk out with at least six bags... They have chocolate chip, oatmeal, sugar cookie,molasses, oatmeal butterscotch, double chocolate, snickerdoodle, frosted, and many more... Always fresh and superdelicious! I am so irritated someone introduced me to these stinking delicious cookies. They have the best snickerdoodles and my whole... family gets super excited about their frosted sugar cookies. These are the best cookies around! There are usually a couple dozen in my house every week, as my wife loves them too! You... just can't do better than those Oatmeal Chocolate Chip! :) I have taken a dozen cookies here and there as gifts for others,and they jump for joy when they see what I brought! Staff is really nice, pricing is incredible, and the cookies ARE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!
