What can I say? BEST EVER COFFEE! The 911 is my go-to every stop. Hot or cold (blended) My Son gets the Annihilator and my... other Son gets Carmelizer. My daughter does the Oat Milk drinks or specialty teas!! We all go to Dutch Bros exclusively?. Thestaff rocks and honestly, I have never gotten a order wrong from them! Today was my very first time coming here and trying Dutch bros for the first time and the drive thru set up is horrible I got... there before this lady and I didn?t know that the right side lane is to pretty much to jump the line and have people let you goin first even though others have been waiting, the lady taking our orders step infront of my car to make sure i don?t driveforward just to let the lady on the right lane go before me even though I had been waiting there longer than she had, when Itold her I found that rude and that I had been there longer she pretty much just told me sorry that?s how She?s trained to dothings next time go on that lane if i didn?t like it. Which again her response was really rude, the guy at the window was atotal sweetheart and really nice but it was such a bad first time experience I really don?t want to go again. everywhere you goyou?re served in order that you arrive and here they pretty much just made me feel like I had to give the lady the right awayeven though I?d been there first. I have the right to be upset because of the confusion but the rudeness from the employee iswhat did it for me. I?ll stick to other coffee places where they?re fair and serve you in the order you get there. Read more
