Every time I go here the staff is visibly shaken. Everyone is stressed out beyond belief. No one really wants to help you. I?ve... door dashed from here over 10 times and every single time they replace your pecan pie with cookies. What?s the deal? Is it apain to prepare? How on earth could you be out of pie every single time no matter what time of day? That?s an easy answer. Theemployees don?t care. The food I received yesterday was not edible. It was atrocious and I?m over it. I expect a reply here orI?m going to escalate this situation as far as I can. Trust me. I have the free time. I want my order completely remade freshwith everything we asked for. It?s not your place to give me cookies and brownies when I ordered pecan pie. I can?t even eatchocolate. I get the job can be frustrating. That being said no one is making the employees work there. It?s a personal choice.To put out the food and service you did yesterday should be criminal. Remember. This isn?t the first time. I have documentationand receipts. This was literally the 10th time. Today was my last time for dining at this location. The AC was broken, several flies joined us, no music, no pulled pork - on a... Deal of the Day that is supposed to have pulled pork, no fries, I had to ask for new jalapeno chedder sausage since the one thegal was cutting up was all burnt and dried out, the BBQ beans appeared to have been not fully cooked, and the ice cream machinewas out of order. This location used to be just as good as the one out west, particularly before the pandemic, but has steadilydeclined in food quality and apperance since then. Price of meals has progressively increased however. If dramaticimprovements are not made, I suggest closing up shop and concentrating remaining efforts at the location on the West side ofGreeley. Absolute Trainwreck! I went here because of Groupon... Got $50 "worth" of food for under $23. Because of that I don't feel... totally ripped off. To start off they were out of almost every meat we ordered. We had to wait for mac and cheese to be done beings they had to make... more. After waiting 30 mins we get our food. Sweet teas were watered down, they didn?t give us 4 of our sides. Had to go back inand wait. The lady gave a free sandwich coupon for inconvenience. Once we got home which is 3 mins away from restaurant. All thefood was cold, on our 2 meat plate they only gave us one meat. The wings were over cooked and dry like beef jerky. Definitelywill not be going back to this location after spending 70.00 on food and all but salad was edible. Tried calling restaurant andnobody will answer. Read more
Had to get lunch in a pinch. Not only were Aspen and her team helpful, they were very pleasant to deal with. The timeliness was... on point and their willingness to work with us in such short notice was impressive. I absolutely plan on going back for luncheswithin my orientation classes in the future. Listen people, this is the most horrible place to eat. This is my second post about this company, but this is a different... location. Both locations have extremely terrible food. If I could have uploaded my video instead of these pictures you wouldmost likely agree. I ordered a loaded baked potato with pulled pork, instead I got a loaded baked potato with a huge piece offat, and straw like meat which was not barbecue/smoked. This meat was boiled. Absolutely no flavor of smoked/barbecue seasoning.They lied to me about refunding my money back to my card. I still haven't received my refund and it's been a whole week. (Mybank always credit my refunds the same day or the following day).I wanted to contact the health department, they should not beallowed to serve food that looks like this.
