I have taken all my kids here on the b-days. It's always a good time.

I was a little worried my 3 yr old grandson wouldn't have fun because he was young. Couldn't keep the little snot at the table... to eat pizza. He rode the bus nearly the entire time! Even hitching rides from other kids who turned it on. We paid the$35/2hour unlimited card and had a great time as a group. It was the grandparents birthday party and a great way to keep theg-kids busy and happy. Genius move. The Supreme Pizza wasn't bad, CC isn't known for great pizza, but it was fine. EVERY time we come here, this Machine is ALWAYS out of paper. We have to wait pretty much the whole time we are here for someone... to refill it. We love to use this machine every time we come her because it has the date stamped on the corner when it isprinted out. It is just a unique memory to have. Yes we can take a picture on our phones. But it just makes it special beingable to have a copy printed right then and there. We spend a good chunk of change every time we come here. It is not a lot toask to have ONE Machine to be up and running for ALL to use. Also, when we ask (politely) for it to be refilled; we get eyerolls or shoulder shrugs or very loud sighs. That's not OK. We are not rude when we ask. We are not demanding. We always treatpeople with respect and dignity. I didn't know it was a big deal asking a worker to kindly do their job. We keep coming backbecause of our children. If it weren't for them we literally would NEVER step foot in this place. Anything to make our babiesHappy. Please do better. Side note....the renovations so far look nice. I just wish this place would have kept the pausestations instead of having to go to the front desk and waiting forever in line. Read more
My Grandaughter had her B-day party there. The place was packed and they were short staffed. Even so, they worked hard to make... sure all the guests had fresh pizzas and keeping things clean and sanitized at the same time.. I'd give it 4 ?. Read more
I booked a 2 hour table for my daughters birthday and everything was great except the advertisement i chose was misleading. I... requested the unlimited play package and it reads (unlimited play for the whole time your here) so in my mind I'm thinking ok, Ibooked a 2 hour table but if we stay 3-4 hours the kids can play the whole time we are there ......... WRONG! It's onlyunlimited play for the 2 hours. Even still we had a ton of fun they made sure we were all taken care of, and made my daughterfeel special for her birthday, and i will definitely be going back just for the fun of it. Read more
