Get a message. Happy birthday free dessert. Decide to go. Supposed to be free chips and salsa for reward members. Had to pay.... Made me pay for a substitution. Cause they dont offer that. Did NOT get my free dessert because reward didn't show up. I triedto log into it rewards system on phone to receive an error message. Payment terminal logged me in just fine. Asked server andthey just said you have no rewards and did nothing to help me. Guess they don't want my business. Food was pretty good servicebad and reward system is a joke. Read more
So I ordered a New Salad and when they brought it out it was disgusting nothing was fresh I did tell the girl that brought it... out and she never came back ,I had to get out my seat and find someone, then they WOULD NOT make it right . Read more
The Monte crew is back at Chilis!!! On our visit today, it took about 4 minutes to be seated and there was no one in the front... end of the restaurant to greet us. The server sat us. The restaurant was decently clean. Once we ordered, the drinks weresuper quick. Blue lagoon drinks for the kids and they loved it. The drinks took literally 3 minutes to arrive. Appetizer took 4minutes We had our food ready within 15 minutes of ordering!!! Way to go, I didn't even finish my salad. My drink was was aBlue Agave Margarita, a little sweet but delicious. After eating though the sweetness was too much for me so I asked for it tobe removed. Blah! There was no silverware given and we asked for it a few times. No napkins either. The condition of thebathroom was not pleasant. I did hear servers discussing reviews while walking by the tables. Very unprofessional. If reviewsare top priority, then the cleanliness and attention to customers should be priority. Not reviews! The server was friendlyand very patient with my children which is a big win in my book. Cassie was phenomenal! She gave the best recommendations for food options and had a great attitude. She brought the food out... piping hot and made sure eveything was how I ordered it. The waitress was awesome!! The food was good, the place gave off an appearance of being less than clean., Floors and bathroom.... The wall and floor, in the men's bathroom needs some serious repairs. It literally has some structural damage as it's bowedout. The floor has a large piece of tile missing in the same area which very likely could have bacteria of who knows whatgrowing in it. It's a bathroom with a toilet. Keeping the restaurant public floor is clean and aesthetically acceptable makes mewonder what the kitchen looks like. Not trying to be a jerk, just some constructive criticism of what I'm sure other people arethinking. Business is too expensive and important these days to treat it as if you don't care about your facility for the peoplewho visit it. Read more
I've never had a bad experience at the sit down at this Chili's the food is consistently good and the wait staff is always... helpful I've only had a problem with curbside pickup they tend to not bring it out even after you checked in I have gone intothe Chili's to get it seems to be faster Read more
Went to get the Veteran's Day deal, love Chili's for giving some love back to its service members! Brought my proof of service... and got a delicious meal with great service! Their chicken is outstanding (honestly, the whole chicken meal was superior toB'Dubs, including the fries, plus they have "the good ranch")! My fiance treated himself to a nice steak meal and the onionrings were great too! The whole meal was outstanding from start to finish, and didn't even have a wait at the door! Read more
Service sucked. Got sat down in a table requested to please sit on a booth (Since there was like 20 available) waiter said "she... couldn't sit me on any booth because they are for another waiter which she is unaware at what time they will arrive, and if shesits me there then that waiter can't make any money."
