I?m new to Greeley, CO and was craving some steak. Was referred to Cattleman?s Steak House & Saloon. Sat at the bar and chatted... with the bartender, Christine. She?s also new here and was very kind. I ate the 20oz steak and it was cooked to perfection. Ienjoyed the self serve salad bar as well as the beef soup. They have a good selection of healthy toppings. Christine gaveawesome service and I will be back again soon. I read some of the 1 star reviews and I didn?t receive any bad service but I alsosat at the bar. I would say if you didn?t have a good experience before let yourself try it again because newer staff meansdifferent experiences. Or just request her and she?ll take great care of you. Cattlemen's... okay salad bar, fresher greens would be better. Digging the chili or stew as an option too. This review will... not have images. Very clean and simple design with ranch vibes. Texas ribye was visually pleasing and looked very tender. Ihad the Country Fried Steak which was flavorless and crispy. Mashed potatoes too. Server was professional and ready towork????. 9 out of 10. I'm not from Colorado but live here now. I've asked around about some good places to get a good quality steak and I was told... Cattlemen's was a good place to go. However the food was overpriced for the quality. On a scale from 1-10 I was hoping for atleast a 7 or 8. It was neither. I would give it a 5 at best. The fact that this woman ?Alanna Roybal? wants to come on here to ?review? and not only make this establishment seem unworthy of... hiring good people but absolutely lie about an employee that has not been here in over a year is ludicrous! It takes a specialkind of person to go out of their way to lie, a grown woman at that. Bless your heart, sweetie. We love our steaks and we lovethe cattleman?s crew, and we especially loved Paige! I took my father here for his birthday dinner. He is very picky about his steaks, and he said this was probably the most... fantastic steak he?s had in his life. He also loved the baked potato. Usually he?s very indifferent to the potatoes. I am not abig fan of steak, so I had the mushroom Swiss burger. OMG! Every time I see mushroom Swiss burger on the menu, I order it. Thiswas the best mushroom Swiss burger I have had in my entire life. If we ever have company from out of town and decide to takethem out for steaks, we will be taking them to the Cattlemans steakhouse and saloon. If I had to complain about anything, itwould be that my waitress never brought my Pepsi. After a while I told her to cancel it, and she forgot to take it off the bill.She was in her first week of training, so I?m not gonna hold that against them or her. She was very nice, and when I pointed itout, she was very apologetic. And I believe that counts for something, also. I?d rather have a nice waitress who made onemistake and apologizes for it then have a waitress who does everything right but has a lousy personality.
