I?m extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I came here this morning, it?s my kids favorite. I waited in the drive... thru for 30 minutes. Which is fine. When we got our meal the GENERAL MANAGER handed me our food and didn?t say anything. Ichecked to even make sure we were good to go, we?ll the order was messed up. So I waited for her to come back, I told her shegot attitude. Told me not yell at her. I myself am a general manager and I?m extremely appalled at the service that sheprovided. This location consistently sets the bar for customer service. I'm always pleased with the attitude and demeanor of the crew.... They consistently make my day with their kindness. The burgers and fries were good, but the floor was sticky. When I tried to use the restroom it was locked so I think they had... like, a homeless person problem or something. But when I was walking back to my table, this raggedy guy with a beard and a wornout jacket told me that the code was 0101 so they may want to change that code if that's true because their may or may not behomeless people in there...
