The lady working the window would not take another order until the one at the window was gone. I literally spent 15 minutes in... the drive-through and I was the 1st car. This is literally the worst Burger King in olive Greeley. They literally always have an attitude. Don't give two s**** about... anyone in the drive-thru. Never take your order when you're sitting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Makes you wait before theyeven give you or take your order. I mean it's literally a s*** show. The manager here is the absolute worst. His name is Austin. While me and my boyfriend were there getting dinner, he was... degrading his employees in front of us. I just have a recommendation for the owners of this place the food is good It was cooked well I just think the guys have to look... more clean and I mean hygiene on them shaved better and hair net if they have long hair.. Came here since it was the closest location from home. I used coupons from the app. When I paid I asked for ketchup and honey... mustard the cashier said that it would be extra for each honey mustard package. I asked why do they charge since no otherburger king does? She said they always have and didn't wanted to give me 2 honey mustard packages. My 2 burgers where cold andso where the fries. I ordered fresh cooked chicken nuggets & they were yummy. Friendly service thru the drive thru.? However, even though there was... nobody waiting behind me they wouldn't allow me to simply wait at the pay window but had to go park & wait for them to bringthem out which made no good sense....lol If i was holding up a line of any type I woulda understood but i wasn't.????
