They need to invest time and effort in really training their employees. I asked for a large chocolate malt hoping to get a deep... chocolate experience with a thick texture. Run don't walk to dairy queen! Total waste of money for a tiny ice cream
We were looking forward to delicious ice cream and they locked the doors 30 min before closing. Very disappointing experience.
I called Tuesday Sept. 14 about 6pm to place a specific order to pick up Friday Sept. 17th for my daughters mermaid theme... birthday party. I got to the store to pick up my order time and day I said I would and there was no order. Very frustrating. Iusually go to Dairy Queen but thought I?d give this store a try. Very disappointed.
