This location used to be top notch with kind and courteous service. NOW, the employees are slow, rude and rarely get an order... correct. They are constantly out of everything no matter what time of day you go. The drive thru is a joke. You often wait 10-15minutes for an order. Management needs to step up and correct this. If zero stars was an option, I would gladly give them that. Went there 3 or 4 times with a friend for breakfast and every time... they forget to put something in my order. Last week, they gave my friend the wrong wrap, and when I went inside to talk to themanager, the teenaged cashier rolled her eyes and stalked into the manager's office without even an apology, or any words forthat matter. Today we tried again, and the same girl was on drive through. Friend ordered a #11 and only got her sandwich andbagel at the window. She asked the girl about the coffee and hash brown and she skirted around blaming someone else for enteringit wrong, then proceeded to charge my friend separately for her coffee and hash brown, and ended up costing more than the mealdeal itself! My friend went inside and talked to the manager and the manager was completely rude and disrespectful. I will NEVERgo back to this location ever again. I?ve never got an order that was correct at this location. Last 5 times I?ve been to this location my order had missing items.... Employees act like they don?t want to be there and are rude to customers. Don?t recommend this place at all. And managers arezero help. They are part of the problem. The place is a joke. They need to get people who actually WANT to work there. Last weekthe line was out onto the road and employees were sitting around on their phones so customers could see them behind the countersgoofing off. Real great example of a strong work ethic. I am a big Tim Hortans fan but this is by far the worst location. I drive out of my way to not go here. They ALWAYS get... something wrong. Example: they only had honey dipped tim bits and birthday cake or chocolate chip. I said honey dipped andbirthday cake. Please no chocolate chip. Of course they gave me an entire order of only chocolate chip ??????????? or when i getthe bagel belt and only get egg and cheese....they also told me i am not allowed to look through my order at the window i haveto pull off and park....i will probably never do that. The window works better. Just get my simple order right and i ownt wasteyour time. Kind of like you waste my time and money when you cant make simple orders. I get if i had changes to it and made up acrazy order. But its always something so simple and basic. Read more
The staff is top notch for the most part. However their espresso machine is always broken and their debit card machine never... works either, they constantly charge me for things they forget to include in my order. How can you run a business this way Read more
This location used to be awesome. At some point within the last 6-8 months, this place has taken a turn for the worse, and it's... rapidly going down hill with no signs of stopping. I don't know what happened, whether it's just a new team or differentmanagement, but I truly miss the store that it was a year or two ago. Read more
