Hope their coffee makes up for it. Not a coffee drinker so this was my first time going here. Asked for a number 3, the cashier... rang up a sandwich. New cashier, which is fine, and order was fixed after clarification from me. So food wise, hash brown wasway overdone. Talking 30 secs from the shape and consistency of a cupnchar piece of pepperoni. Moon shaped and hard (notcrunchy). Croissant was flattened and toasted, not bad if you like toasted subs. Just wish they had scrambled eggs in themiddle. S-e-c bagel had a good roll, but I ordered sausage and got bacon. Sadly I wasnt able to check till I got to work sodisappointed at that. Wouldn't have minded the bacon but it was store cooked bacon. Aka not crispy. So overall not impressedwith my first visit. May give them a second try (to see if that was bad luck with my order) if the opportunity arises. Read more

Order 2x avocado toast, 2x bagel w cream cheese toasted, and 2x hash browns. You guys got two stars for the two items that made... it into the bag - however i was missing my avocado toast, both orders. Unhappy. Read more
Excellent location near to Park Ridge Hospital and McCormick & the Rehab Centers. I would always get a coffee or donut before... hospital or Rehab visits. However, the stores hours are shorten, I was waiting twice in the cold emergency unit for over 8hours and longing for a hot cup of coffee. Went on Thanksgiving since it was the only place opened. Bought for coworkers. Hash browns were soggy and you could taste... freezer burn. Breakfast sandwiches were cold and one only had half English muffin. Had no juice. Will not go there again forbreakfast. Read more
