So, before COVID this was one of our favorite spots. We visited recently and the quality of the food has grown downhill... completely. All the meals we got were definitely microwaved, the sauce was just canned tomato paste with no seasoning, and I'drather eat frozen gnocchi than the homemade ones. They were lumped together and, when trying to separate them, crumbled apart.The chicken Parm was interesting, the chicken itself was very dry and the breading was soggy. I left so much more hungry thanwhen I went in. Their gelato and pastries might still be good, I have no idea. I wasn't brave enough to try them after the poorexperience with meals. This place is genuine when it comes to Italian cuisine, deserts, and beverages. Recommended.

The cannolis were good as well as the the peanut butter pie. The cookies however were old and tasted like they have been in the... back of a refrigerator for a while. Yuk! I am going here mostly because around my house is nothing else where to stay outside and enjoy yourself. I was here more than 10... times and about 8 of them had always something happening. From rude or unprofessional servers to old but very oldpastries. The place is old fashioned with a dirty bathroom all the time. Almost always the cookies are smelling like fridge,and the coffee may be different every time. Today was my last day going there. Here is the picture with my dessert going in tothe garbage for the strong smell of the refrigerator and I also received only half cup of latte because the server forgot to addmilk. It was only coffee with milk foam. Also even if we stayed at the table to eat them, all 3 deserts came in just one paperbox. Very uncomfortable to eat. I waited for this order with 2 small kids to be prepared 20 minutes or more. I just give 2stars because I am disappointed they definitely can do better, but the gelato is better than another places. I stopped here for dine in lunch and dessert which turned into takeout desserts only. Staff was painstakingly slow processing... orders at the register and not enough staff to handle the amount of patrons.
