Ordered a steak sub and got home to find it was burnt to a crisp. Black on top and bottom, called back to have them make me... another and I was willing to go back out and pick it up. 2nd one was also burnt! Never offered a store credit as most crediblebusinesses would do. Terrible service, they won't see another dollar from me. Read more
A male employee was swearing at another employee upon answering the phone. The male employee asked me if I can hold. I said yes.... While putting me on hold, I heard that male employee continue on with his swearing at the other employee. After holding for afew minutes, the guy took my order but was extremely annoyed (with something) during taking my order. The customer service isnot good at the Greece (Mt. Read) location. I order food from here all the time And I?ve never had a problem, but tonight I had ordered a large pizza and wings and my pizza... was made incorrectly it was supposed to be extra pepperoni and it had hardly Any and the dough was very soggy I called the storeto complain about it And let them know the problem the person I spoke to was a manager name was nick and he took care of it andwas more than willing to personally remake my food I went to pick it up he apologized for the inconvenience and the food cameout perfect!
