I had a decent slice of pizza but the staff was very rude almost like street people like they've never had a job before. Their... motto is "we treat you like family" but I'll have to disagree. They treat you like they're doing you a favor by taking yourmoney. Read more
Ordered a steak sub and got home to find it was burnt to a crisp. Black on top and bottom, called back to have them make me... another and I was willing to go back out and pick it up. 2nd one was also burnt! Never offered a store credit as most crediblebusinesses would do. Terrible service, they won't see another dollar from me. Read more
A male employee was swearing at another employee upon answering the phone. The male employee asked me if I can hold. I said yes.... While putting me on hold, I heard that male employee continue on with his swearing at the other employee. After holding for afew minutes, the guy took my order but was extremely annoyed (with something) during taking my order. The customer service isnot good at the Greece (Mt. Read) location.
