I normally love this timmies, the ladies there are fantastic and some even speak French when I forget my language! Stellar... weekday team who serves with a smile every day, you never fail to start my day off right! Whoever the supervisor was (tall,almost buff fella, didn't catch his name) on Sunday around lunch seemed on edge, maybe overwhelmed or undertrained? Reallyunprofessional way to talk to your employees, and it shows in their work. Hopefully their weekday supervisor isn't so tense,because I missed the upbeat spirit of this timmies on Sunday. I go here everyday and my food is always proper and the drive thru staff are friendly and they love my black pug Dexter..
Having a non dairy option for cream is a good thing but other vegan options are lacking hopefully Tim's will rectify this
Never ever order at night in this place they dont know how to serve and treat customers. We have ask for 4 drink and 2 of drink... where made wrong we ask to remake it old lady ignored and ask to leave building or she will call cops to just make us leave.Those tims are cheaters and they don?t have guts to serve customers in polite or with kindness. We have asked for receipt shetold me i will not give you receipt. After telling 3-4 times she has put receipt on window and told me to leave this place. Read more
I go to this Tim Horton's drive thru every day for breakfast. I love that the line up moves quick, the staff are all super... friendly and actually smile. I've never had an issue, ever! Those are the reasons I drive further to go to this location insteadof the closer downtown Tim Horton's location. I was kind of disappointed when I got home and took out my my sausage breakfastsandwich, amd saw that a quarter of the bottom of the bagel wasn't there. How could someone not notice that half of the bottombagel is totally missing? And send it out like that? I don't get it, that's why I gave 4 stars. It would have been 5 if thisdidn't happen to my breakfast sandwich lol. Overall this location is still my favorite, and I will still go every day!! Read more

My boyfriend goes here every Saturday and gets his coffee and my breakfast and pays for extra cream cheese because the first... dozen of times I asked for the regular amount and received the lesser standard. Even talked to the manger after the tenth timeof not being impressed but no change. He's still paying for double but approx only 2/20 have been satisfied. This place needs tohave consistent staff quality who understand that it's important to make customers happy. I went through the drivethru and ordered a wrap with an extra egg. When I got home, there was no extra egg, in fact there wasn?t... an egg in there at all! It was just bacon and cheese and chipotle. I am very upset as I paid for an extra egg. Read more
