LONG WAIT... order system is in chaos. Thoughts: 'Can I get my money back, so I can go about my day... a cup of $4 coffee it... not worth waiting 15+ mins for.' When you order one person takes your order then dumps you on another person making your order.Who frankly has way too many orders to handle... while the cashier just stands there useless and keeps adding more and moreorders until the line is out the door with people waiting for their order. Everyone is frustrated, including the staff. Thissystem clearly does not work... maybe it would work with 2-3people making the orders, but not with only 1. Manager needs to getwith it. Read more
This is the worst TH I have been to. AT 5:15pm they are out of chicken, told after I placed my order, lady in front of me was... told first, chicken bowl with no chicken. Replaced with turkey melt, threw a few pieces in it that's it! I blame this onManagement, get your act together! TH Falconbrige & Lasalle.
