I work at HSN. Whenever I order(whether in line or on the app) my food is always fresh and warm/hot. Yes, when you wait in line... during the weekdays its very busy. Even when ordering on the app during a weekday I always order 10 to 15 minutes before I willactually be ready to pick it up that way its ready when I get there. Weekends on the other hand is very quiet. I never have towait in line. Just order and go ???? Read more

While waiting to be served, I saw a mouse run out from the counter, along the full length of the counter and disappear behind... the cash. After reporting it to one of the employees, he appeared highly disinterested. We're talking about a hospital settinghere. I reported the matter to Tim Hortons and was assured I would be contacted within 3-5 business days - it is now day 11. Arethey also disinterested? Not a lot of good reviews for this location. Add mine to the list. Read more

There is very rarely anyone taking actual orders. I'm not sure why exactly but it seems like everyone working behind the counter... avoids the cash registers like the plague. One staff member in particular, an older woman, constantly tends to the mobile ordersregardless of how long the line is. There are two cashes but you're lucky if even one of them is being used. The quality isfine, the real issue is that nobody is taking orders. I have literally waited in line 30+ minutes just to have my order taken. It's a busy location, they need to make some changes. I'm currently in the hospital at Health Sciences North, Sudbury, Ontario. Last week I tried one of their pulled pork sandwiches... and loved it so the next day I go to buy another one at around 7pm and they said they were out of them. I'm pretty sure they'reopen until 9pm so I can see they may run out early. So the following day I try buying one at 4pm and they didn't have anyavailable. The next day I bought one at about 4:30pm. I went the next day and today at noon and both days they were unavailableagain. The hospital food isn't the greatest so that's why I try so often to purchase the sandwich but why offer it on your dailymenu of you can only buy it 2 days out of 6? There's usually a fair size lineup to wait in and many times it'll take 15 minutesto get to place your order. It'd be helpful if a main advertised special is not available to put up a note or sign so customer'sdon't lineup for a sandwich that's not available. Read more

Went several times during a recent stay at the hospital. Their hours have changed, but nobody changed the Google listing.... Service was fine 2 out of 5 visits. The remaining visits, the service ranged from inattentive to comically inept. During thelockdown it was this or a vending machine. Read more

Just finished eating here for the second time because of weekly NST and I was disappointed both times but today I almost... snapped. I asked for double toasted double herb and garlic with extras bacon... I know this sounds like a lot but I'm pregnantand need the extras calories. So FIRST they didnt even toast it, NO cream cheese at all!!!! And I got a total of three slicesof bacon??? I paid almost 7 dollars for a rock hard bagel with 3 slices of bacon on it!!! Plus it took me 15 minutes to beserved with 3 people working behind counter and only 2 people in front of me in line!!!! I had to many hormones raging throughmy body to even go back for a refund!?!?!? Read more
