The Cancer Centre, Tim Hortons staff are amazing, always smiling and ready to go above and beyond!!
While waiting to be served, I saw a mouse run out from the counter, along the full length of the counter and disappear behind... the cash. After reporting it to one of the employees, he appeared highly disinterested. We're talking about a hospital settinghere. I reported the matter to Tim Hortons and was assured I would be contacted within 3-5 business days - it is now day 11. Arethey also disinterested? Not a lot of good reviews for this location. There is very rarely anyone taking actual orders. I'm not sure why exactly but it seems like everyone working behind the counter... avoids the cash registers like the plague. One staff member in particular, an older woman, constantly tends to the mobile ordersregardless of how long the line is. There are two cashes but you're lucky if even one of them is being used. The quality isfine, the real issue is that nobody is taking orders. I have literally waited in line 30+ minutes just to have my order taken.It's a busy location, they need to make some changes.
