The management should look at the calibre of staff at 196 Cedar Street Sudbury and the orientation they give them about... customers. Bought food over sixty dollars for my family including 2 turkey bacon club sandwiches only to discover to my shockthat the turkey bacon club had no single bacon in TWO of them. Could that be an oversight? Ok. When I reported, the ill-manneredIndian staff just told me most of their staff are under training. You use trainee staff to shortchange unsuspecting customers.Funny I have been having awful experiences with their poor service. Before this last one they had served me a take-12 in rippedbox which I discovered when I got home. Had to return it and the guy then was quite apologetic. But why serve me that in thefirst place. The worst and pathetic Tim Hortons. This place must be shut down immidiately. In terms of hygeine they are horrible and customer... service its pathetic. Went to buy a muffin and found that their are flies in the muffin. On pointing out it to the cashier the answer I get is , oh we are about to throw it anyways and I never forced you to buy one of these. Everyone buys these so wedont care about it. This is the attitude you have towards your customers. Shame on you. I cant even imagine what the staff ofthis outlet might be doing when they prep the meals. I just ordered take out 2 days now and the ice caps were TERRIBLE both times! Both times from this location! Edit: Day 5 and... these Ice Caps are still nasty They literally don't clean their machine. EDIT: ICE CAPS STILL NASTY I CANT EVEN!! whoevers jobit is to make ice caps IS BLIND! I don't know what food industry worker can look at this and think its ok!! This is such aconsistent problem that I'm seriously debating the competency of this location entirely! This location is always bad news in some way or another. Today it was just awful. At the sandwich station this girl was so... sloppy, slow, and unorganized, and so another staff member offered her help with the orders, but the girl said she didn't needany help. There were two people ahead of me and I was inside for 13 minutes . The drive thru was chaos too. My bacon and eggbreakfast sandwich looks so gross. The staff aren't very friendly at all. Read more
