Brought the wife ans kids this evening for my first time at this location, and was pleasantly surprised with the experience!... Food was large portions and delicious, even quick to come out. The restaurant was clean, not crowded but busy enough. And ourserver, absolutely amazing. She was able to keep the table happy and laughing, very attentive and great with the kids. I used to love this restaurant, but they downsized the menu to just one page (90% of the items are gone). The service I... received was terrible. I was forgotten about, then I mentioned being forgotten about to a host. My order was taken right away.When I got my food, it was cold and the cheese on the sandwich wasn't even melted. There was too much dressing, causing a soggybun. At this point, I was already unhappy, so I just ate it, but mentioned it when the host came back 10min later to check. Anew sandwich was mentioned, but I didn't want a replacement when I was 80% finished. A discount wasn't offered to make up forit either. Will not be returning. Read more
My first time here (I am from out of the country). This is a clean, fast, and simple dining experience with good service and... quality food. Almost everyone appeared to enjoy their food including us. I had their spicy chicken sandwich. Delicious. Ohand the chicken sauce is fun for dipping the fries in. Would recommend giving it a try, if you are looking for a consistentquality experience. Read more

The hostess seated us quickly. My mom is elderly and requested to sit near the washroom, and she obliged. Our server was... extremely polite, professional and comedic. The food was hot and tasty as always. Always remember to be patient and be polite tothe staff, it goes along way. Read more
It's a nice cheap place to eat, but I have had horrible service there once. The person at the front was rude and when we got... seated, the waitress was even ruder. I would understand if we gave them a reason but I think everyone that day working there hada chip on their shoulders. Most of the time I go though it's very pleasant and I am treated nicely. The food is really good,everyone enjoyed their meals. I would still recommend this place, since it was only the one time that the service was poor. Read more
