Today I went on my 30 minute lunch break, waited in line for 10 minutes and waited another 10 minutes for my salad. I was very... clear that the person bc infront of me was getting a rice bowl, and i was just getting a salad with ham. the person working putthe rice on my salad. Through out this whole process the staff was very rude. I explain how i don't have time to wait foranother salad to be made because i needed to go back to work. I ended up eating the salad that had rice on it with chicken andbacon and they refused to give me the ham. I had to ask to get a discount because they never offered and only go 10% off. Thissubway is poorly ran giving small portions and bad costumer service. This has really changed my views on subway since I've neverhad any issues with any other. I will never be back again. If I could give 0 starts I would. Read more

I came here with my boyfriend. We both ordered 2 bowls. The new guy was making my bowl but he gave me way less than what my... boyfriend got. He was not generous and even forgot the rice until someone told him about it. I asked for guacamole but got halfthe amount of what my boyfriend got. Unfair treatment. Read more
My wife ordered a 6incher, ham. Well actually first let's step back to when we stepped up to the front. Simply put we were... ignored. A guy in the back sat at a table playing with meat. Probably not the most sanitary place to that. At the time I thoughthe was the only working and just didn't see us. We stood there for a good 2 - 3 minutes and then a wild sandwich artist appears.I guess she was putting stuff away near the counter and didn't bother to greet us. She clearly didn't like her job, which speaksspades about this subway as every sandwich artist I've ever met has been happy, or at least faked it enough to seem like theywere enjoying their job. The girl working today with no name tag should be fired. Did not listen to my friend and made a salad instead of a sub which she... then just dumped into a sub once finally listening to him and thought that was okay. I had to argue for a return because shesaid they can?t do that. Unacceptable don?t go period. She also would not stop calling my friend a girl even after telling her,he is a boy. Read more

There has been a definite decline in the quality of food being served since the new owners took over. Food is not very fresh and... they seem to put less on your sandwich than the old staff did. A few of the staff are very nice and great to deal with but someof the others seem as though they'd prefer not to engage in human interaction. I hope that the service and food quality managesto improve. Overall it's not terrible, but I'd probably go to a different Subway location in Sudbury over this one. Read more
