Drinks were good but drive through line up took over 15 minutes just to order.
You have to wait too long for your coffee and when you ask about the status of your coffee the barista is rude. Also, ladies... bathroom had no toilet paper and was very dirty. Disappointing and expensive experience. I won?t go back. Read more

I must say this is my first bad experience at any Starbucks across the world, and I am a world traveller. I got a Grande vanilla... latte, and according to the barista ?there is no such thing as a vanilla latte!? So I paid extra to add sugar free vanilla andpaid extra for the lactose free milk, it came to $7.30?I was blown away! I have never paid more then $5.50 for a grandeanything. I said F&$@ that is so expensive, the barista immediately said ?I?m getting my supervisor!? I didn?t say it to her, itwas a statement as I was shocked over the price. The manager came over and was very friendly and explained that the prices wentup, on and on. I will never go to Starbucks again after this horrible customer service on the behalf of this barrister and theprice hike. So if you have any type of food allergies or just want to watch your weight, don?t go to Starbucks or just beprepared to pay with a loan. Read more
