I just loved eating here. The waitress was so nice, she had a very pleasant smile and catered to our needs. I asked if they... could put bacon in my pancakes and without hesitation she told me she would ask. And they did it! And it was amazing!! The restof the food we ordered was some of the best I've ever had. I don't just recommend this place, I would actually tell you to gotry it. It's that good. Read more

I?ve always heard about the food here so I finally was able to go this morning for the first time. While the food was actually... very good and the prices being very reasonable, the service was unfortunately very much not. I understand being understaffed asI also work in a restaurant however the waiting times were extremely long, and our personal server was very nice she didn?t getto check in with us at all. We asked another waitress for water and she just said she wasn?t our server in a rude manner andwalked away mumbling under her breath. A very unfortunate first and probably last time eating here. Simply put, the service was terrible. I feel as if going out for breakfast should not be a three hour ordeal. But, after a 20... minute wait we were seated, and another 20 minutes (at least) for any offer of drinks. Once we received drinks, it took almost30 minutes for somebody to come take our order. The food was delivered without silverware, but hey.. It wasn't cold? Haha Beenhere a couple of times, but I feel as if we were simply forgotten about. We saw at least 3/4 of the restaurant come and gobefore we even received our food. Read more

I was a guest at the hotel all week and frequented the restaurant. On my last visit I had a steak dinner and drank four... Heineken. I tipped my waitress 10$ and returned to my room for a shower. I returned later-on to the restaurant only to find thatmy previous waitress had left and there were 2 waiters in her place. The service was very poor despite the fact that therestaurant was clearly less busy. I assure you that in no way was my opinion of their poor services communicated in a verbal orphysically visible manner. I waited patiently for an hour on average between drinks. After 3 beers they denied me serviceunexpectedly. I had no problem with the female server but after an hour of sitting there, in a fairly empty establishment withan empty glass and the only person sitting at the bar, I was forced to ask the male waiter for another beer. He was obviouslyannoyed by my request. At that point I was unexpectedly cut off. I was upset so I tipped 0$. Never in my life have I ever tipped0$. I was upset not only at the situation but at the fact that I was forced to tip 0$. Now I feel cheap. In conclusion, I hopethis review serves to accurately and fairly describe my disappointment with this establishment. Hands down this was the worst experience we have ever had. It took over ten minutes before the waitress came to ask for our... drink choice, then another ten for them to arrive. Our meals took about an hour, and were horrible and incorrect. The ?toast?was soggy bread and the home fries were deep fried, not grilled as requested. Not to mention, the eggs that were not cooked howwe had asked. To top it off, our waitress never came to our table once to ask if everything was alright or if we neededanything. The one star is only because another waitress came and spoke with us, which resulted in our meal being?complementary?. We will not be returning. Read more

We went out for breakfast, and waited about 45 mins to receive half of our food which is fine, they were slightly busy and... pancakes took longer. But it then took another 10 minutes to receive a fork to eat our meal and no condiments were given afterasking twice. We were only checked in on once and by then we were ready to leave. I don?t like complaining but guys, we came here twice in three months and the food wasn?t great. We?re a young family,... 31,31,2,1, and we waited 40-60 minutes to receive food. It?s really hard to keep kids busy for that long. When we got served,the food was heat lamp burnt. The eggs and meat were so dry there was little moisture left. There was also a couplesubstitutions that needed to be made last minute because the staff realized options we ordered weren?t available after wealready ordered. We always had great service but I feel like whoever you have in the kitchen needs to go. Perkins was always afavourite of mine in my 20?s. Food was hearty, tasty, and quick - a good thing after a night out during university. I don?tthink I can bring my family back there in good faith, it seems like a bit of a gamble at this point. And I get it, I?m only onecustomer writing you, but I can?t be the only one out there. We paid our bill and tipped 15% as per usual, but we feel a bitrobbed. We also tried to write to you on your corporate website, but since you?re a primarily US based company, it requests a 5digit zip code so the form will never submit even if we leave the option blank, or make up a zip code.
