The play area is open again which means this place is a zoo! Choose your time to visit wisely Never had complaints about the... food here. Parking is a challenge because the drive through backs up nearly to the road and blocks access to the whole parkinglot. I recommend parking at the back or on the pick up window side of the building so that you can get out easily. Read more
Sitting in one of the drive thru lanes, they were only taking orders in the first lane. After 5 cars went through I decided to... go inside to order. No one ahead of me in line, took almost a couple minutes to take my order at the counter, and then another10 minutes for my order. Waited 10 minutes for a filet-O-Fish that came with no pickles and did not come with the Monopoly game board that I asked for in... the first place. When going through the drive-thru I noticed they weren't going in order for the two two drive-through sections.The first section was getting put through right away and three people went through on the first side while someone sat on thesecond side waiting the whole time. They cannot get an order correct and when you call to talk to someone about the mistake they do not answer their phone. It took nearly 20 minutes to get our order, and other people who had ordered after us were getting served first. Then when we... finally got our order, my pancakes were cold. When I went to the cash to complain, he told me to give him the pancakes and he?dwarm them up for me. Are you kidding me?! I could go home and do that. Ordered 3 big macs, 2 no cheese, no onions. We received our order and looked at the boxes. 2 read no cheese no onions, looked... inside and both had cheese and onions????. Brought them back to get new ones and the older manager in the light blue shirt gaveus a look like we did something wrong. The girl who took our orders and fixed the big macs, she was cool. Not sure what theissue with the light blue shirt lady was about. Quality wise was McDonald's so nothing to brag about. Read more
