Placed an online order for pick up. Got a call en route that they were short several items we had ordered so we cancelled the... order and picked up food elsewhere. Almost a week later and we still have not been refunded the $ paid, which was close to $60. Not very happy with this location. Uodate: after 3 emails and calling this location and being told a manager would call meback (but never did), I sent a message to the KFC Canada FB page. They finally answered it a week later but were able to give memy refund very quickly. Read more
I don?t eat meat often but special occasions often result in different food choices. I remember KFC from those crispy tasty... finger licking good days over a decade ago. Unfortunately it wasn?t up to the standard of my expectation. Perhaps the recipechanged and crispy isn?t in these days. Placed an online order, received the order after 1.30 hours when they guaranteed to deliver in 40 minutes. They charge $5 for... delivery and deliver after 1.30. My both drinks are missing, 6 set of cookies are missing. Trying to contact the store more than10 times on their website mentioned number but they don?t even care about picking the call.
