Expensive considering the portion size is small. fried mushrooms were coated with so much flour and oily. I took a bite and my... mouth was soaked with oil. There was no inside seating for dine in so you have to eat outside or at home. this place isn?t worththe trip. Read more

We recently approached Beaucoup to cater an event very last minute and not only were they able to accommodate our request, but... they did an outstanding job in doing so. There were several harsh "anti-vegan" guests in the crowd and they all absolutely ravedabout the food. The quality of ingredients, presentation, and most importantly taste was truly excellent. Terrible customer service. I ordered two things from this restaurant and one of them was not delivered - apparently the driver... left without taking it. A staff member said I can get a refund or I would have to pick it up myself, but I already paid thedelivery fee and tip for two items. I don't understand why they couldn't just put the two items together and give them both tothe driver at the same time. The staff member I spoke to was indifferent, unapologetic, and exceedingly rude. Later, the ownerresponded to my review and their response was filled with falsehoods. I know it's natural for an owner to want to justify thingsand make the situation seem better than it really was, even if it means fabricating certain facts and twisting things to makethem look better and to make me look like the unreasonable one. While the staff member offered me some solutions (a refund, giftcard, or just picking it up myself), I did not receive an apology, much less "multiple apologies" (which was the claim of theowner); had she been friendly, apologized, and not had such a harsh tone, I wouldn't have thought about this for another moment.Additionally, the owner claimed that I suggested picking the item up at their restaurant, but I never did, the staff membersuggested I could do that - I briefly considered her suggestion but later felt it wouldn't be worth it. I did think it ratherstrange to make that suggestion since it wasn't my fault and I already paid the delivery fee. Moreover, the owner claimed theyoffered to drop the item off for me - in reality, they never made such an offer. Lastly, the owner said the staff member told methe driver left before she could give him the bag; what she actually said was that he left without it - maybe this difference isimmaterial, but what she said just made me feel the delivery service is a bit sloppy.
