Pizza is ok, but management and service is lacking.
Worst experience, no proper management no one knows that they are doing. We ordered food online thru slice and they never... prepared it. When I called the lady claimed someone picked up the food. After waiting 15 more minutes (we live 3 min away) I hadto complain on slice app and they then canceled my order. After everything the horrible employee accused me of trying to get afree meal . She should be ashamed for speaking that way. Horrible service? Read more
Had one of the lunch specials. Good pizza at a great price. Just over half the price of most other pizza places in town.
This place really needs to get their act together from a management perspective if they are going GN to last in the long run. We... were the first customers of the evening and watched as others walked in and out while the workers had no idea what they weresupposed to be doing. ...Over 45 minutes later we finally got our pie that we ordered. After all that the pizza is mediocre atbest. The original kosher locations of great neck definitely have the edge over this place. Read more
You have surprised me with your pizza, and it was better than I expected! The pizza was crunchy and the cheese was delicious.... Really good new pizza spot. They have some unique special slices. The broccoli slice here is my favorite. Regular slice was also... really good as it came out fresh. I got a mushroom slice too but they didn't reheat it enough so it just tasted ok. Definitelywill be back though. Read more
Would definitely recommend Pizza Roxx to anyone looking to get an amazing pizza in a very fun environment! There is no pizza... shop like this in town. They have so many different exotic slices to choose from. Personally I love the mac and cheese slice!!!They also have a really cool slice with chips on top.. sorry for making you hungry!
