The staff at the register was accommodating and professional. However, it was the staff in the back that was the problem. I... could see and hear them very clearly and one of them looked to be a senior crew member, shift lead, or maybe management? He wascomplaining about the delivery apps and the people and how he should add something "special" to this order. Taco Bell remade their menu a year or so ago, which did nothing to help their customers, only to increase their prices. Taco... Bell is cheap food. We are okay with cheap food at times, as long as the prices reflect. Spending $35 to food a small family acheap meal is silly. Also, waiting about 15+ minutes for our food at "fast food" is ridiculous. Then, we had ordered 3 freezeswith the meal and when they didn't come out with the meal, I waited a couple minutes and asked an employee, he mutteredsomething and went back to what he was doing. I waited about 5 more minutes and asked another employee. He made me tell himexactly which flavors we had ordered and then excused the fact I didn't receive them with the reason that they didn't have theingredients. So, were you just going to let me pay for them and never serve them? What were they thinking? At least tell me thatweren't available and offer me another option as soon as you realized! Piss poor service, Taco Bell! ...and bring back thedouble decker! Read more

I hate to say it, but taco bell is slowly losing its appeal factor. THE GOOD- So as usual, the sauces, they are great, with a... good selection of heat levels. The fact that the restaurant is conveniently located and stays open later than everything else isgreat. Even the bean burritos were better than usual. And I have no complaints about the late night customer service. Now forTHE BAD- prices have gone up and quality has gone down (the wrong direction). The grilled stuffed burritos are no longer (theywere expensive, but probably the best item on the menu, in my opinion). And this beefy 5 layer burrito, this is the first timeordering and it will be the last time ordering one. It tasted ok but for over $3.00 it was just not worth it at all. The pictureon here is of the 5 layer burrito being mentioned. You take a look at the pictures, honestly, does that look appetizing? Doesthat look like something ypu would want to pay $3.19 for? Taco Bell, y'all need to step it up in the quality department. Anddon't raise the prices if you actually do step it up. Read more
Thanks for the half filled Baja blast slushees. The guy totally seen the look on my face when he handed them to me but still... didn?t say anything. Yes I should have said something but they were only about half this bad when given to me it took me 5 minsto get home and they melted that bad. They shouldn?t even be served if the texture of them isn?t correct. This is why I usuallywill only go the the tenth Avenue one. Read more
Watch out for the door. The mat is too high and the door will not open all the way. Not real fond of the remodel, has a... Starbucks feel to it. Looks like they lost allot of seating. The food was made properly. I did see one of the cooks wipe hisnose on his glove. This was after I got my food. I did not witness him wash his hands or make any food after that, but it wasstill gross. I still prefer the 10th Street Taco Bell over this one. Read more
