Overall a really solid Papa John's. We usually order take-out through the app, and it is always seamless and easy. Order has... always been correct and fresh. Have not had any experience with delivery yet, so I cannot speak to that side of theexperience. Staff is always friendly in the store and helpful. Always ask if I need extra plates, napkins, red pepper flakes,etc. Can't complain at all with my experience so far having order at least 10 times since moving here about 10 months ago. Read more

I loved Papa John's 20 years ago. My two experiences here have been less than stellar. The first time tried to order I was on... hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. The second time I was greeted by someone at a call center who was very difficult tounderstand. After placing my order I was informed it would be 15-25 minutes. I went immediately to pick it up and it was readyin less than 10. Which is great unless I wait to pick it up based on their estimate in which case it would have been cold.
