First of all I just want to say that the first impression was not so good. There was a very rude older lady with no customer... service serving a group of older Caucasian men. She told me I could not sit on the patio where they were sitting because therewere no servers to service me. If I wanted to eat out there I would have to serve myself. I explained to a server by the nameof Lauren A and she saved the day not knowing it was my first time there. She treated me with much respect and had greatcustomer service skills. She explained to me although they were short staffed and if I truly prefer to eat outside on the patioshe would serve me. Her service was great and so was the food she recommended. I left her a tip of more then the recommendedamount because she was amazing. Just a warning the staff truly should be aware of how they treat the guess never know who ispart of the secret shoppers or Inspection. Discrimination will get you no where and treating certain guess a certain type ofway because of your feelings will get your place of business a bad reputation. Energetic atmosphere in this sports bar, family-friendly restaurant. The Thai chicken salad was perfectly spicy and fresh with... juicy, grilled chicken strips and lots of veggies. Has the best Braverian Pretzel Bites!! We order these as often as we can. The Fried Pickels are also pretty great. I tried there... take on the Caprase Salad (picture attached) and was very pleased. Highly recommend This place! 10/10 Read more
