I have never been overly fond of this establishment but was told by a couple people that since COVID, it was clean and better... food. We decided to give it a try today and we were not impressed. Our table was sticky, the benches on the booth were dirty andthe food was just okay. By the time my grill was plated, it had so much "broth" in the bottom that it looked like I had soup.The food itself tasted almost sour but that was likely due to the sauce choices I made....I have no idea. I always take 2 smallbowls and put veggies in one and everything else in the other. When I gave instructions to the grill person (just toss myveggies in at very end) he studied me for a second before going to talk to the cashier. I was not expecting to pay for a smallbowl, just don't like my veggies cooked. Once he started preparing food, all was fine. Sadly, Won't be going back. Read more
The food was excellent as always. Have never been to the one in Great Falls. My only real complaint is they took away the large... bowls and as they only had medium, small and kids sizes. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Read more
First of all..!! Luckily there is not a negative star review! Very UNHAPPY! I really ?Liked? the food! Until i was being... treated for a nice Birthday dinner. My daughter and I were greeted by the owner as soon as we walked in. Makes it nice to begreeted so quickly! (I thought) As we started to build our TOGO boxes?. The snooty waitress comes over to me and makes a HUGEscene as to why I have SO much food in my bowl. (There actually were only a couple of noodles over the edge of my bowl!)Waitress says that?s way too much! Can?t you see it sample bowls! As she grabbed it off the line and starts yelling!! Yes I canma?am! She stood there and yelled at my daughter and myself about how much we are taking. *re-mind you these are ~TO GO! * Wefinished building the bowls, while cooking it she tells the cook and owner how much food we took! So while cooking the ownercomes and talks to me about why the cooks can?t handle more than 70 lbs! And how he can?t lift 120 lbs!!!! Ok I don?t have 70lbs of food in the bowl but ?. Whatever! He decides to charge some extra for extra portions. I guess! Wasn?t even $1.50 more!For a ?OVER FILLED BOWL?! WOW! Seriously LADY! She?s lucky I was respectful and in a great mood! I actually kept the food in mybowl instead of dumping it on the floor right in front of her ~ or over her head! I stayed respectful. It was very hard! Wepaid we left very upset about the whole ordeal! But?. Because we loved the food there! I wanted my dinner from there! Just know? I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! She?s lucky I was in a calming mood. Due to it was my special dinner for my special day! Never togo back ever again! Careful how you treat customers coming into your establishment! Such good food!!! You definitely have to pay attention to what you put together. If you're not sure what sauces to add then ask... otherwise you may not enjoy your food! They have regular menu items as well if you are not sure about the grill items. Read more
